Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis through stakeholder engagement techniques like JAD sessions and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Create and maintain software development artifacts including context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, and user interface specifications.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs, ensuring effective communication to convey and meet requirements.
- Develop test plans/cases, manage defects with development teams, and collaborate with users on User Acceptance Testing.
- Manage requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creating and executing a Requirements Management Plan, establishing requirements traceability, and managing requirements change control.
- Work on various healthcare applications including patient records, billing and finance, and human resources.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
- Experience in healthcare applications preferred.
