ACS CONSULTANCY SERVICES, INC is Hiring a Business Analyst (CBAP Certified) Near Albany, NY

Title: Business Analyst (CBAP Certified)
Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis through stakeholder engagement techniques like JAD sessions and requirement elicitation sessions.
  • Create and maintain software development artifacts including context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, and user interface specifications.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs, ensuring effective communication to convey and meet requirements.
  • Develop test plans/cases, manage defects with development teams, and collaborate with users on User Acceptance Testing.
  • Manage requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including creating and executing a Requirements Management Plan, establishing requirements traceability, and managing requirements change control.
  • Work on various healthcare applications including patient records, billing and finance, and human resources.
Qualifications
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
  • Experience in healthcare applications preferred.
